Tom Wallin is qualified to administer the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, having completed the same NHTSA training course that police and California Highway Patrol officers give to drivers they suspect of DUI offenses. Mr. Wallin knows exactly how these tests must be administered (and the mistakes that police and CHP officers often make when they give the tests).

Mr. Wallin continued to hone his defense skills at the medical malpractice law firm Elliot Snyder & Reid in Redlands, California. He gained extensive experience in pre-trial negotiations, settlements, and both jury trials and bench trials.
